We are a boutique agency that works with a select number of clients each year, allowing personal and expert service to both the clients and their patrons. We are boutique for a reason and scaling up to a large organisation is not our core motivation. Our existing clientele know their business is our focus and they know we will always execute and produce high quality events. Our team thrives in a fast paced environment. They ensure efficiency in every aspect, always looking to innovate and lead with best practice.
Our Bossy Boots team becomes your team. We integrate and work collaboratively with our clients, providing expertise and advice in all areas drawing on our inhouse experts . We are solution oriented, consumer and client centric with a strong innovative approach to process and producing sustainable events. The preparation that happens in and behind the scenes in the lead up to an event will determine the execution success, the attention to detail and working on a select group of clients allows us to ensure the detail and the prep work is second to none. We develop a project plan outlining each element of the event encompassing timelines, deadlines and deliverables, that is our event roadmap.
